ok here is the thing… I guess most of you now by not that we are multiple… as in multiple people sharing one body… What most (if not all of you) don’t know that there are many of us that post here…many of us that don’t usually go by the name Gabriel… I know that there are many people out there that look at multiplicity as an illness or a disorder and therefore they feel that we are all the same person that you know as Gabriel… a person that *is* a 36 year old male, a father of his children, a retired pianist, etc …that keeps changing from a happy silly guy to a depressed scared man and everything there between…

Maybe I am confusing you more than you need right now LOL but welcome to the life with multiplicity… just remember we are willing to answer any questions…as always… we happen to love it when people ask us questions about multiplicity but just remember we are only “one” of many multiple systems out there….

The topic of this entry is about something that was brought to my attention on the mailing list I just joined and spoke about in yesterday’s entry… Sharona of the Anachronic Army wondered why we don’t sign names in our blog…

I’m going to try to write about that… I’ve never really thought about this until this morning when I read the e-mail I referred to above… I assume that mostly we haven’t signed individual posts because I think most people look at us as one….well I guess you could also say that we looked at ourselves as someone “suffering” from Dissociative Identity Disorder/Multiple personality Disorder (DID/MPD)… so I guess this is more of a habit than anything else… Also when the body was younger we learned that we could get in trouble by referring to ourselves with individual name so I guess our birth name just sort of became a name for all of us… I don’t think there is one on the inside that doesn’t like the name Gabriel anyway…

Now when more of us are starting to post here it might not be such a bad idea to use our individual names… Theresa and the inside children already have a blog of their own though and there they post using their names but we’ve been thinking that because we really really want to put our music back up but for that we need space and even though the other blogs don’t really take up that much space right now it could create a problem if everyone else wants a blog of their own right? …and more space coasts monney and we don’t have much of that laying around… btw does anyone know a fast and easy way to get rich? LOL
