I struggle to find words that can express my emotions… I’m not looking for “the perfect words”… all I ask is that they will be able to line up in a some kind of order that forms a semi readable sentence… is that really too much to ask for?
A Sigh

No that is not much to ask for. When everything is going through your head a million miles an hour, it’s hard to pick out one or two things and put words to them, I understand *hugs*
usually your writings are making a lot of sense … but there are limitations to language and to words …this is where sometimes poetry is helpful … somehow leaving open space in between the words … where the open space is like the ‘music in between the notes’ telling more than words could say …
does this make sense?
Hi Gabriel,
When you spoke about expressing your emotions and forming a semi-readable sentence I thought, what does it matter. Just get the words out. Even if they don’t make any sense at all. Don’t judge what comes out, just let it come. Get it out no matter what it looks like and don’t judge it. I have struggled with this same thing where I either couldn’t get the thoughts out or when I did get them out they were a mess. But I just kept expressing these messy thoughts that made sense to no one and pretty soon, some of it started to make sense to me. I had to go through the confusing time to get to a clearer time. Hope this helps. I wish you all good.
